Rock River Laboratory Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. By opting-in to the Rock River Laboratory mobile messaging service, you agree to receive recurring alerts and marketing messages from Rock River Laboratory on your mobile phone from 507-246-0104. Alerts and marketing messages will be sent to the number provided at opt-in using automated technology. Consent to receive messages is not required for any purchase. 

2. If you are a Rock River Laboratory account holder, to opt-in to alerts and marketing messages, text the closest regional lab keyword (see keywords below) to 507-246-0104 and follow confirmation instructions. If you are NOT a Rock River Laboratory account holder, to opt-in to receive alerts and marketing messages via mobile messaging from Rock River Laboratory, contact our customer service team to set up an account by calling 920-261-0446 or completing the form here. Then follow the above instructions with the applicable keyword.

3. To opt-out of future messages at any time, text STOP to 507-246-0104, call 920-261-0446 or contact us at office@rockriverlab.com. After sending the SMS message STOP, Rock River Laboratory will send one SMS message confirming the mobile number has been unsubscribed and no further messages will be received from Rock River Laboratory unless otherwise requested. For additional help at any time, text HELP to 507-246-0104.

4. Rock River Laboratory will NOT share laboratory results via mobile message. This is reserved to the user's preference of email and/or website delivery.

5. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:

             Alltel, T-Mobile, AT&T, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, C Spire, Dobson Cellular Systems, Sprint, and Verizon wireless. 

6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency depends on factors such as alert needs. Rock River Laboratory does not charge for any content, however, downloadable content may incur additional charges from your cell phone provider. If you have any questions related to mobile/cellular text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

7. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to subscribe to the service, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

8. Rock River Laboratory will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.

9. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data about your SMS usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies. We will only use the information you provide to the service to transmit your text message or as otherwise described in this document. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us with information in connection with the service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information.

10. We reserve the right to alter charges and/or these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the service to you if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions or if we recognize any attempts to abuse or exploit Rock River Laboratory messages. Your service is also subject to termination in the event that your wireless service terminates or lapses. We may discontinue the service at any time.
